What the sessions look like:

• When you book, you will fill out a “Pre-Appointment form” to share some of your work and pain points, so our sessions can be most effective.

• Private 1 on 1 video call for 60min.

• We will go over your work, address your concerns, where you feel stuck, and develop a plan for you to start putting into action right away.

• Depending on what you need or are interested in, I may recommend further resources for you to explore after your session.
